Newyse-CMS is an additional solution besides Newyse, that enables clients to transfer data to a web environment. Until Newyse-CMS was introduced, customers were depending upon a SOAP-connector as an intregal part of Newyse. Traffic to and from the bookingswebsites ran through this connector.
Newyse-CMS made this connector obsolete. The Content Management System, integrated in Newyse has a direct access to the Maxxton database. Using portlets (parts of a web application) developed by Maxxton engineers, enables setting up a web environment without having to re-enter all data for the parc and the accommodation in a CMS.
The Newyse-CMS was developed parallel to the development of a new price calculator, that is able to calculate accommodation prices faster than any previous calculator. Using this new calculator, columns are filled with cache-data during the nightly hours.
