Last month Maxxton NL organized a business update event for its Dutch and Belgian customers.
Our customers were updated on the recent developments of its Maxxton Software solution. As the solution is given a total revamp it was now time to show it to our customers.
The first reactions were very positive and the days were for both customers and Maxxton employees very useful and constructive.
The program included:
Introduction of the Maxxton Software (previously known as Maxxton 2.0)
Scrum project method used for Maxxton Software. Biggest change for our clients: From now on we will be releasing Maxxton Software updates twice a month
Future plans/Roadmap for Maxxton Software. In the next 4 to 6 months we will develop new software for a.o. Reservations and Content & Owner Management (accommodation types, owner contracts etc.). These functionalities will be beneficial for many of our users and will reduce the complexity of these processes
New functionalities available in the generic booking engines
Demo application Dashboards for Management information and the daily performance of the Call Center and Front Office
During these days the attendees were encouraged to share their feedback with the Maxxton team during presentations. Over lunch and coffee there was room to network with industry peers about challenges and possibilities in the industry.
Appointments have been scheduled with many clients because they would like to have more detailed information about the various products and services that were shown during the client days.
The first official release of the Maxxton Software contains following applications:
Landing Page – Home page
Owner Manager – Information related to owners
Content Manager – Information for resorts, accommodations, sales products etc.
Rate Manager – Rates for accommodations and availability for connected sales channnels
Backoffice Manager – Roles and rights management for users of Maxxton Software
So far we have presented this release to most of our clients and the last few demos have been scheduled. We have shared the links for the Test & Live environments and have encouraged our clients to start testing & using the applications and providing their feedback to us.
