In a specifically designed environment, clients are invited to test new features and provide feedback before go-live of the new release. This ensures a system that truly reflects the sector. In addition to these releases, small updates are made available, most of which contain minor improvements. As the new releases will be implemented during the night, clients will have an updated system in the morning
Maxxton offers a solution that has a thoroughly proven track record. We are continuously improving our software with the various expert teams. Our software suite is updated around five times per year with new and improved functionalities. This way we can serve and inspire our clients in their ambitions to grow, making sure that the IT solutions we provide are always up-to-date and improved. Developments are made based on our own analysis looking at current procedures and future trends in the market, as well as customer requirements.
All new features and fundamental changes are reviewed on a weekly basis by our Product Management Team, this team meets weekly and consists of specialists from various disciplines. This enables us to implement improvements in a user-friendly, safe and successful manner.
One major future development plan involves a web based version of the current system desktop application, supporting mobile devices. This will also include enhancing existing features, for example, using message brokers for performing the operations like sending bulk emails asynchronously.
Furthermore, Maxxton will continue to invest in a stable and reliable environment for its customers to work with. This means we continue to improve and invest our database and processes.
