Maxxton sponsored and participated in impactful events in 2023, reinforcing its dedication to shaping a smarter hospitality industry. In a remarkable demonstration of global engagement, Maxxton showcased its innovative solutions at three trade shows over a span of two weeks, across France, The Netherlands, and Great Britain.
With representation from both the French and Dutch teams, this trade show provided an opportunity to exchange insights between the various offices. Throughout the day, we engaged in constructive conversations with various interested parties. There was also time to share a meal and drinks together, reflecting on the work accomplished in 2023 and discussing the informal roadmap for 2024.
This edition was approached differently with a strong representation from our Customer Success team, which maintains direct contact with users of Maxxton Software. It’s gratifying to see the presence of multiple (super) users during the event. These interactions contribute to a better understanding of the needs of our users. The discontinuation of Stratech has led to several holiday parks in the Netherlands urgently seeking a new software system. In comparison to previous years, we observed an increase in the number of entrepreneurs who were very specifically searching for software providers.

During a brief presentation, Maxxton’s Chief Commercial Officer, Edwin Foudraine, explained how a centralised software system can contribute to the ongoing development of campgrounds and holiday parks. Considering the significant emphasis placed on domestic short breaks within the UK holiday industry and the continuous consolidation in the market, our discussions delved into the relevance of Maxxton Software’s added value.
